Thanksgiving Point - Farm Country

Admission: (includes either a pony, or a wagon ride)

*Two and under are free

Daily Activities (included with admission):
Animals Up Close: 11:00 a.m.
Animal Care: 2:00 p.m.
Cow Milking (Apr - Oct): 6:00p.m.
Cow Milking (Nov - Mar): 5:00p.m.

Family Night on the Farm (included with admission):
Every Monday Night
5-7pm (Apr - Oct)
5-6pm (Nov - Mar)

Hours
Spring - Summer (April - October): 10 am - 8 pm
Winter Hours (November - March): 10 am - 6 pm
*Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day

Bring your little ones to spend an afternoon helping us milk the cow, gather the eggs, groom the animals, buck the hay, and slop the pigs. It's a fun, hands-on experience for the whole family.

  1. I took my 18-mo old here and had a great time! I feel this might be geared more toward younger children...maybe under 10-12?, although other kids may enjoy seeing all the animals (the pony ride is for kids under 12). There's also a place called "Site to Store" (?) where kids can go inside and crawl through tunnels, play, and learn about the farming process. There's a "jail" and a "dance studio" that kids can also play in. It was all pretty cool, but again, I think it was more geared toward younger children.
